Shipping:

Our shipping charges are based on standard UPS or U.S. mail rates. Our shopping cart will automatically figure shipping charges based on the package weight, size and distance shipped. You will be given the choice of UPS Ground or U.S. Postal Service. UPS Ground is the default shipping method. To compare shipping costs, select U.S. Postal Service and it will provide you with the shipping cost for U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail and First-Class mail, if applicable. Select the shipping method that you prefer before hitting "continue". If selecting U.S. Postal Service delivery, you will need to specify First-Class or Priority before clicking "continue" or the shopping cart will automatically revert to UPS Ground.

Backordered Items:

Should any item be on backorder when an order is received, the customer will be notified that the item is on backorder and will be given and estimated time of arrival.

Return Policy:

Please keep in mind that all of our items are handmade. Each item is truly unique and some variation in color and/or pattern from the item pictured due occur.

If a customer receives a product that is defective or damaged, a replacement will be provided. Please notify us within 5 business days of receiving a defective or damaged product. If a customer is completely unsatisfied with their purchased product, we will accept it for a full refund (less shipping charges) or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued in the form of original payment. The customer is responsible for all packaging and shipping to get the product back to us. If a product is broken due to improper packaging on the part of the customer, a refund will not be provided.

Privacy:

Global Sistergoods cares about your privacy. The information that you provide us about yourself or others will never be shared with outside parties except when necessary to complete your order.

Global Sistergoods is always looking for new collectives to partner with. Send us an email with the contact information and we will contact them as soon as possible. All collectives we partner with will be screened to ensure they meet fair trade requirements.
